Does Project Management have to be complex and difficult?

It should not be. It should be clean and to the point. While projects may not run like clock work the management should. In today's world organizations fail to see the importance of painless Project Management even to the point that they just do not manage their projects at all. Organizations uses excuses such as; it cost to much, there is not enough time, we do not have the resources. All of these are excuses and not solutions. The cost of a failed project will always be more than the cost of systematic Project Management.
